Basic Leadership Training is the initial step for a cadet to advance within the program. BLT is a four day program that instills in cadets the core ideas of the program - those literal and figurative - such as marching, basic drill, and the ideas of honor, courage, and commitment. Cadets will be briefed extensively in class in order to prepare.
