The Bethel NJROTC program's goal is to increase the awareness of hazing, bullying, and suicide prevention in order to bring forth an environment of inclusivity and safety to all students. 

By having prevention training, the unit ensures cadets ability to report any improper conduct whether it's within the program or throughout the school.   

 Our Motto:
"There are no rejects just people that need guidance"(Captain Bucha), represents our goals within the program of achieving an environment that is not limited to one individual and provides a place for character and leadership development.
